by using the Movable Type content management system. Movable Type is a website / blogging software developed by the company Six Apart, its initial release was in October 2001. It is possible to create multiple websites or blogs with a single installation of Movable Type.
With Movable Type, the default setup creates a static page for each page or entry, it is also possible to create dynamic entries, or use a combination of the two. Using static page generation in Movable Type, the user enters their web page content, or blog entry using a WYSIWYG interface, and then they can publish the page with a single button click.
